TMZ reports that Dick Clark famous for celebrating every year New Years eve count downs. The man that was part of most of our celebrations sadly passed away today at age 82. His health went south when he had a stoke in 2004. I will update you more later if this is really the case. If this is true then he will be sadly missed.
