Remember way back in 2008 when the man who found Caylee Anthony the child of Casey Anthony's  remains (Roy Kronk) is suing her. He claims that during the murder trial of this year in 2011 that she "defamed" him. In the lawsuit Kronk describes that the defense was trying to put all charges on him. Where he was somehow involved in Caylee's death. Lawyers were trying to pin him down with accusations saying he knew all along where her body was. Then keeping it and placing the remains where we all knew they were found today, so he could get all the fame and glory. Which isn't true and that is what Kronk is suing for. Also, remember when Jose Baez said that Caylee drowned in the Casey's parents swimming pool? Well if that's true and she did drown in the pool then why claim that Kronk had any  involvment? In the defenses mind it's as if Casey must have known Kronk just randomly murdered Caylee and kept the body. You know how crazy of a story that is? Although...

So today in court Jose Baez was trying to rule Casey Anthony as a suspect of ever kill her daughter. How you must say? She was the one who did it. Well come to find out there was NO evidence what-so-ever of Casey's DNA on the tape that was found of the skill of Caylee Anthony plus in any evidence found in the case. Such as in her car, prosecution was trying to claim that Caylee was in there because chloroform was found, right? Well come to find out there was no DNA that could really link her to ever being near her not even on the shovel. Either this chick didn't do it or she's a really good liar and great at hiding evidence. You know she could be like Scott Peterson. He kept lying his ass off to his own girlfriend and to his friends and family when his wife went missing and was pregnant with their child. They could totally end up together! For the past two days there have been testimonies from officers about her Casey Anthony's car and then her parent's backyard. The most of it I would say is that it doesn't look good for this case. Jose Baez (Casey's lawyer) I can tell is trying but I am sorry hunny I don't think you will win this case!
