Guilty or Not Guilty?

Ever been to court and had to testify and swear whether you were guilty or not? I have not but know someone who will and of course know now how it feels to start to have your blood pumping not knowing what you may get. You get to the court room and your waiting for your turn to have your case be heard from a judge in front of a room full of people. As I remember once going to court myself it wasn't so pleasant due to the fact I was scared out of my wits. You get to the cold table and then lift up your hand and say if you swear to say the truth. Then go on to plead you case and hope that the judge may be soft with you. You either or sitting or standing there so nervous...not knowing what to do and not knowing what to think but just have your eyes locked on the judges and hope that your saying everything that needs to be said. Finally right at the very end you pray and I know many of you may or may not be religious but many may just the split second might ask help in some way. Then as the verdict is being said theres always two ways it could go. The whole world could just fall apart instantly and it seems like its all moving in slow motion and your world is crumbling and you lost. Yet if your found to be innocent then the world still seems to be in slow motion and your whole body is in shock. Thinking that this may be some dream and you hope to never wake up from because you just won. Either or the courts are a scary place. If you are ever in a situation that you are the one that everyone looks upon to whether you are guilty or not. It also may not be a judge but a jury or 5 or more people who don't know you but just know what they are hearing. Again, ever in a situation remember to tell the truth. NEVER lie...lying is definitely not the answer. If found caught in a web of lies then not only will the judge think your a liar but the jury as well and think that your not so innocent as they thought. Also get all your evidence that you can dig up. Ever single piece whether it was a phone call or whatever as small as that then write that down. Keep it in a journal and write the dates and times and anything that ever happened. It doesn't have to be all in one day but slowly when you can recollect. Remember every little evidence helps for winning. You want to win!

I'm back!
