Casey Anthony Trial: Middle Finger Man

During the case against Casey Anthony of all random things and crazy things one man today has made it on the list of crazies. During court a man named Matthew Bartlett stuck his middle finger out to the prosecution  lawyer Jeff Ashton. Why would he stick his middle finger? His response was that it was a stupid thing. If you check on youtube because I know for a fact that it's on there. He seemed to be rubbing his head and then quickly showing his middle finger. Court was stopped...literally stopped and jurors were taken out. The reason why is that if they had seen him it could've made a turn in the case by their ways of looking at Casey Anthony. Remember jurors can't talk to the outside world so much. They can talk to family and friends but very restricted. They can't look at a newspaper without it being approved by the judge and also certain things like watching movies even. They have to make sure it will not influence their minds. 


When Matthew Bartlett testified why he did it all he did was just kept apologizing. Then the judge just let him have it. He was talking about Florida taxpayers have payed a lot of money in this case. By his stupidity he could've altered it all. The judge never said he was stupid but was trying to say that you saw the signs saying don't have an expression to show anything that will make jurors think otherwise. 


What was Matthew Bartlett's punishment? He was sentenced to 6 days in jail plus with court costs and the free of $400 for his act all together it was $600. That six hundred smack-a-roonies for a 1 second stupid act. Trying to get your 15 minutes of fame Matthew? Well you got it but in court costs and being jailed. 


Goes to show you....DON'T mess in court the judge is very serious when he says when he will hold you in contempt of court.

Casey Anthony Trial: Casey's Clothes

Does anyone ever really look at Casey Anthony's clothes during the trial? I'm not all about clothes and fashion and all but she seems to be wearing a different outfit. To us that's normal because we are capable of going in our car and go to the mall or where you may shop for clothes. However, Casey Anthony has been in jail for about 3 years. She can't just get up and go and shop for the hell of it. I also don't think her parents are getting her clothes because I remember last year the Anthony's home was in foreclosure so I am not sure if their in the right financial area to really pay for their daughters clothes. I mean you can see the Cindy Anthony (Casey Anthony's mother) has different new clothes. Unlike Casey who has these clothes that really don't fit her style. I know that you have to dress in nice attire of course in court but it just doesn't seem like something Casey would pick out. Does anyone notice this? 


Like her newly acquired fashion? I mean compare it to the other times she has been to court and her clothes now. Not her style and seems like they just grabbed some clothes in the dark. Well any who. WTF Brighthouse!

My little rant is going EXTREME! Anyone know who Brighthouse Networks are? Well they are a cable company. Their just like Verizon Fios, they have your internet, television, and phone in one package. Now I work from my home on a phone and I need it so I can get paid of course. Well earlier this morning my phone keeps cutting in and out and I was written up from my job because of it. My phone keeps cutting in and out. I can't even have a good conversation without people not being able to hear me. PLUS every freaking month something goes wrong with them where I can't work. Not only that but a lot of channels on my television set are not at all working. So I'm about ready to lose it! I called them up and tryed to be as polite as I can and say that their "working on it" and "will take a few hours". So I'm waiting and NOTHING is going right. It's like they made things more shitty then ever! I don't know who has brighthouse out there but if you guys move to Florida or where they are situated in but STAY AWAY! Since day one I've been pulling at my hair with them. From the time they installed it things went wrong there and I had to go get another guy who knew what he was doing to come out and fix everything. Then this kind of stuff happens especially when I pay a lot of money for this stuff and for two months I've been really haven't been getting the service I really payed for! I really can't wait til Verizon will have their cable out here for Fios. I see they are much cheaper then Brighthouse and don't have the issues like them. Want to know how much Brighthouse bills costs for the full package? Want to guess $90 because that's how much Verizon is right? Every company should match their plan so people will want to go there. How about this think about spending $115 for everything. Many of you guys may think that's cheap but if you think about it in a sense that you don't really get anything you've paid for it's definitely not worth it.

They are by far the WORST cable company that is out there! Their customer service is so bad! So many times I've never received the right answers for my answers for my questions. I'm not picky or anything like that by far. I ask questions and tell them "Hey, these channels aren't working." They say "oh it's part of the outage going on and I don't know what else there is to say." When the customer service guy told me this I tried to repeatedly say "This has happened for two months now. I know for a fact it isn't". Then he just shuts up and keeps talking about the outage and whatnot. Dude I need my phone for my damn job and if I don't get paid you don't get paid! I never said that of course but deep down I really wanted to. Anyone got any ideas? Anyone have bad problems with any other satellite company or cable company?

 I hope that Brighthouse gives me a discount for everything missed on my plan because I hate these damn interruptions! I may just go with AT&T til Verizon Fios is in my area whenever that is. Stick with basic channels that will come through and stick with Netflix. Way much cheaper and don't have the commercials to deal with. If you don't have Netflix you should definitely try it out. They usually will give you a first free month. It's definitely worth it because you get movies right away and don't wait a long time for them. Plus you can watch them on your computer or through any device that is compatible with internet.

Casey Anthony Trial Tickets

Are you in the Orlando area? If so you may be able to get tickets to Casey Anthony's trial. Their not for sale and they are really hard to come by. The only way to get tickets is to stand in line for long hours to get a ticket to see the trial. There are only 50 and yes i mean only fifty tickets are handed out when in line to have a seat and watch the whole thing. Unless your the media who always gets a ticket you will have to stand in line. So far many people have gone CRAZY trying to get a ticket. Living locally here you will hear it first about the mess of it all. There's video of people running to get a ticket and people falling and trampling over another. Other video shows people cutting in line to view the trial and fighting with those who cut in line. All I have to say is...c'mon people have some damn sense! Thankfully now if you are in line before the combustion of people line up and start killing each other they are taking down names so if you are there in time you won't have to wait in line because your spot is good when they write your name down for a seat for the trial. Will I ever go? I hope so...I don't know when and I would love to go when the jury says "Casey Anthony is guilty" of even not guilty but either way I want to hear those words come out of the jurors mouth live. I want to see the tears and I want to hear the gasps of people. Either or outcome you will hear it. Unfortunatly I am not really part of the media but if anyone knows ways of getting a ticket without standing in line please let me know! I would love to watch the trial and be posting all throughout the trial! This trial will last for I would estimate another 3 or 4 weeks. How long do you think the trial will go on for? What do you think of the mess of the tickets that are just being given just to sit and view the trial?

So today in court Jose Baez was trying to rule Casey Anthony as a suspect of ever kill her daughter. How you must say? She was the one who did it. Well come to find out there was NO evidence what-so-ever of Casey's DNA on the tape that was found of the skill of Caylee Anthony plus in any evidence found in the case. Such as in her car, prosecution was trying to claim that Caylee was in there because chloroform was found, right? Well come to find out there was no DNA that could really link her to ever being near her not even on the shovel.

Either this chick didn't do it or she's a really good liar and great at hiding evidence. You know she could be like Scott Peterson. He kept lying his ass off to his own girlfriend and to his friends and family when his wife went missing and was pregnant with their child. They could totally end up together! Who knows in a sick twisted way they could...or get bored and kill each other off.  They both were kinda young when someone they supposedly loved was killed. They both didn't seem to want kids.  They are such a total match! They are both in jail for things they claim they never did at first. It's only time Casey Anthony fesses up. Then they both wanted to have a single life and be unattached. Even though Scott Peterson had a girlfriend on the side reports from her girlfriend said that he had things in his car that seemed like he was ready to kill again. So is Casey Anthony and Scott Peterson a match made in heaven or hell? 

Also what was talked about was that Lee Anthony (Casey's brother) did get a paternal test and in the words of Maury from "The Maury Show" he is NOT the father. Now George Anthony (Casey's father) wasn't tested. However, Jose Baez is trying to get that she was abused. Now how do you show that she was abused? Well by showing if that George is the father then there you go. Though in my opinion I don't think that either grandparent hurt a single head on Caylee Anthony's head. Again, its my opinion it could be that they did. Though I've seen many shows of crimes and things lead up to that there is this mystery person who you didn't hear much of or was never considered a suspect so you never know. Just that so far evidence that we've heard doesn't lead to them hurting Caylee or even Casey. Their trying so hard to say she was abused because if they claim George was abusing her. Then they can say well she killed her because and lied because of being abused or she didn't and he did.

Do you think Casey Antony is guilty still or innocent? 

I hope at least justice is served for the little Caylee Anthony who didn't have a fight. I mean someone killed her. The question is who and why? I mean a almost 3 year old girl can't just die and be missing. Whoever killed her knew she lived right nearby the Casey Anthony home. She knew that where she was buried was a pet cemetery and could possibly get away and never have anyone know that a body was there but animal bones. 

My new theory is that if Casey did it then she must have known about the pet cemetery. Maybe the sticker was just an old sticker and she through out the wrapper. All the stickers from the sheets of stickers were gone. Well they declared that no heart sticker could from the sheet found right? Well a sticker is also paper so it could've thinned out from water and aging. Plus to me somehow that sticker seemed way to new with evidence shown. Everything was dirty and in the mush. Maybe she could've changed clothings and tricked officers to make people think it was someone else. She could've stole a friend's child shorts and placed them in the bag to detour officers away. She did lie about people who weren't even near her or liked her at all when she claimed they did. She stole money from a best friend of hers. This chick cannot be trusted even if she was innocent. I wouldn't even trusting her with loaning her a $1 she would lie about it and then say something like "i'm supposed to be payed soon so i will give it to you then". All the while she's having fun at target shopping and going with no care in the world where her child is freaking missing!

McDonalds Rant

I'm not a picky person or anything but today I went to McDonald's the usual place that I go to. However, they have done this once before and it ticked me the hell off. Well I was waiting for my meal and my McFlurry. The meal was good of course how it is. However, this is the SECOND damn time that when I ordered it wasn't much of what I received. 


My friend and I both ordered a McFlurry in the restaurant itself and I didn't think about it at first. However, when I got home and was eating my delicious treat I only got a little bit of the topping thats supposed to be in my damn McFlurry. I had ordered a Reese's McFlurry and it looked more like they just had it mixed just the vanilla ice cream and sprinkled the topping to not to that much hard work.


I mean c'mon it doesn't take that long to make a damn McFlurry. I watch them all the time. I know they are stressed on ordered. Though I was the only one in line and was the only one waiting for my meal so they didn't have to make my treat into some sloppy shit. I'm sorry but this my rant readers. It's happened before but it was a busy day and in my mind I forgave them. However, the person who made my McFlurry was not that busy and was talking to her friend and laughing about how someone complained to her.


Well tomorrow I am going straight back to the McDonald's and showing them the pictures of what my McFlurry looks like and I want my money back or another McFlurry. It's not like they won't ever see me again or whatever. I do like McDonald's and I do know its just fast food. Think of it like this. Wouldn't you be mad if you didn't have a big order and all you have to do it put in the vanilla and the topping of whatever ice cream it was and stur it in the stir machine thing they have. It's a freaking 2-3 ice cream! It's alot of money nowadays! 


Anyone ever have this happened to them or any bad experiences in McDonald's?

Casey Anthony Trial - Day 14 (Skull Pictures)

Todays evidence was all about Caylee's bones. What was shown was her bones strewn all around the foresty area where she was found. For those of you who didn't see it the images are blocked out due to any children being home from school may turn on the news and see it. It isn't something to show. However, just looking at the pictures saddens me. Poor Caylee Anthony's bones were treated like trash. The person who did this never cared about her. If so then this would've never happened. Then after being shown the pictures Casey Anthony is feeling sick. It kind of makes her look guilty right? Well was prosecutors should have done was at least shown her the pictures beforehand and she could've said that she didn't want to be present when pictures were picture shown to the jury. 


Now I wish I can show pictures on here to describe all the pictures and such but honestly. The judge himself said that if any pictures were shown online I'm guessing. Most likely they will be in contempt which is also prosecution. I mean DUH! Who in their sick mind would want to show pictures of bones or even a dead body? It's sick and its very wrong! 


REMEMBER: Anyone found with pictures of the bones of Caylee Anthony will be in contempt of court. The internet is like a pen and cannot be erased so please remember if you have the pictures and want to put them online. Please don't...think about it as if it was your own daughter or granddaughter.

Casey Anthony Trial - Day 13

For the past two days there have been testimonies from officers about her Casey Anthony's car and then her parent's backyard. The most of it I would say is that it doesn't look good for this case. Jose Baez (Casey's lawyer) I can tell is trying but I am sorry hunny I don't think you will win this case! He is so cocky and is really trying to say well somebody else must have killed her and it wasn't Casey. How? Casey's car was found with chloroform in her trunk. The reasoning? Oh, you know the usually Caylee's bathing suit was in there and mixed with the skin I guess it causes chloroform. REALLY? When they did tests on that trunk there was a huge amount of chloroform and it was very surprising because you never see that even in adult bodies let alone a little 2 year old girl.Then there was suspicion of a body that may have been trying to be dug up in the backyard.


Both verdicts are saying she was buried and put in the trunk and another was saying she wasn't in the trunk and wasn't buried and wasn't this and wasn't that. This is one big strong case of what was in the backyard. Though there could've been blood in the backyard some speculated? Could be true on that part. I would say that it is relavant for a little girl to may have fallen and a drop of blood or so was in the grass or soil. However, how much of what was found may be the answer to helping more along in this case. 

Now with the trunk there was scientist who were called on the stand to talk about how much chloroform was found in the trunk AND the smell. There were (I've counted) six people who said that the trunk smelled really bad. Including when they did a testing on the air itself in the trunk and when they opened the lid it smelled so badly of decomposition. If there wasn't a body in the back of that car then what the heck was it? I believe there was. Plus saying it could have been a mix of being in the pool and skin or whatever it was said by theory that is how you can personally make it. I am not sure and I don't go out and make my own little lab but just by thought it sounds like if there was a lot found in the trunk then it must have been found because Casey may have overdosed her child.

My theory on what happened so far and it will change throughout this trial that Casey Anthony may have given her chloroform. Supposedly she gave it to her before to keep Caylee quiet when she went out partying. Then would drive around with a sleeping little girl and still have her fun. Though she may have one day overdosed her and when she didn't wake up. Then Casey got scared and didn't want to say. She is known to be a liar since Caylee has been missing because I believe she doesn't want to admit it and go to jail or get a death sentence. 

Things come up and web of lies comes into play when all of a sudden you've come to a dead end and there's no where to go. Such as Tiger Woods and this current scandal with Anthony Weiner and many women and such. They both lied and said they have never done anything with anybody. Then women started coming forth and documentation also rang forth just like the Casey Anthony case and it seemed they both lied. Now Tiger Woods and Anthony Weiner I don't think hurt or killed anyone but they both lied. Casey as the web of lies are coming about wasn't with her daughter as pictures and videos of her going to target proving that she wasn't looking for Caylee. She was having fun and missing the good old life of being free. A true mother would be looking since day 1 for her little girl. She would've called her friends and family and have a big team of people helping to look for her along with the police. I am not a mother but I would be sick to death for my child if they went missing. However, I think she may have known where she was along. Again, it's my theory and I am at the moment sticking with it. What do you think happened? Is she guilty of murder? Is she innocent?

Case Against Casey

So the case is slowly unraveling. The case started from the attorneys saying Casey Anthony had drowned her daughter along with her father. I personally believe thats a bunch of bull. Honestly if they both did it then the grandfather may have admitted it a long time ago. He seemed to be to fragile in the case and would've said it. However, the team of lawyers are running low on evidence to keep with her their main story. They have evidence from where she went to target in Orlando. Casey Anthony claimed she was looking for her daughters. Though evidence proves that she was just shopping a lot of days with her friends checks which she went to jail for. There are more days of evidence to provide by the way just doesn't look good for Casey's end that she was pretty much showing she is a liar and a thief. 


Then there were friends of hers saying that they even wondered about Caylee (the little girl who this trial is really all about). Casey has been telling stories to friends and family saying the little girl was with her. Then one day when she shows up to her parents which is 31 days after leaving home finally confesses that Caylee is missing. Who does that? What mother would say after the fact that their daughter is missing? Most mothers would be looking for their child the EXACT day they went missing. This stupid story about how a lady named Zanny the nanny had her. Do you know why she called her Zanny the nanny? Well there is a lady named Zanaida Gonzales or however you spell her name and she got her name from a registry. She just saw her name randomly one day and stuck with that story. Casey and Zanaida never have even met!


Now Zanaida Gonzalez is sueing Casey Anthony because of using her name in a false story. When Zanny tried to get a job the employer looked up her name and said that she was a suspect in a missing little girl. I honestly feel bad for Zanny because this story of her ever being a nanny is also false! She has 6 kids and is trying to make money for her family and can't due to Casey taking her name and just ruining her chances of trying to find a job when the economy is already in the shits.


Oh, and don't get me started on Casey's lawyers! Especially Jose Biaz! He I have heard is new to being a lawyer and I in a way feel bad for Casey since she doesn't have really good lawyers. Whenever Jose asks questions they are usually unrelivant or make no sense. They should've had someone else who may have more experience in cases like this because then she may have at least more of a chance of her share. Though of course there's way to many holes in the story. 


They say maybe Caylee was killed by her mother Casey and her father drowning in a pool. However, that makes no sense whatsoever because when the bones were found she had duck tape on her face. Why would you duck tape someone in a drowning incident? One of the many examples that doesn't add up.


Immediately, in the opening of this case they should have had her reason was insanity. Why would she claim insanity? Well I heard from a legal expert that I know that it would be a way better sentence. In the case of being insane when everything happened she would get life in prison. Though most I know would not be settled with that fact but it may be a way better thing to go on since she wouldn't have had to put many people going through a bs story. Plus save lots of tax dollars!

Career Network (Behind the Story)

Hey readers! Didn't really know until lately that people were interested in reading my blog. It seems a lot of people are interested in the scam of the company called "Career Network". So I will update of what I know about what is going on. 


I know when I worked for them. I used to work for them by the way and was let go due to not being able to sell. Yes, I said the word "sell". They were a scam company and still around today. At the time of working for them they didn't even let the employee's know it was a scam. They had us believing we were helping innocent people get jobs. I've heard so many stories of how bad it is out there. Trust me I was one of them I only made $30 a month. I said it correctly and that was because I hated my job and I couldn't sell. Still can't today and very happy with my current job.


The reason why I am saying this about this company isn't much to bash them per say but to really let people know and be aware. Heck, I don't care if you want to work for them or not. Times are tough and they will let you work for them and you even work from home on your own computer. However, you are to sell and paid in commission and unsure of how much money you will make.


Now when I post up new posts about Career Network which is what we told to people but it really went from "Three Stars inc/Media." to "The Internet Company" to who knows what it is now. If anyone knows the new name of it and I will be happy to start calling it by its new name. 


So to help you readers understand everything about this company I will go step by step on what is the process of getting into a company like this if you are interested in working for them. However, its a little shady due to the fact that they don't really want to say they you are trying to get people to go back to school and get people jobs.
